Vibrohammers

Qualities such as heavy duty, rugged performance at low noise emission in high demand operations are combined in the hydraulically and electrically driven Tünkers vibratory pile drivers.

An optimal adaption to the soil resonance and the vibration characteristics of the pile is made possible by the two-step frequency solution.

Electric-Tubular-Vibrohammer Type TPE 100 Dual/150 Dual
Example for application

Tubular Vibrohammers are suitable for the driving and extracting of very long (50m) sheet piles or H-beams.

The Vibrohammer has in the center location a tunnel with 2 clamping devices.

The Vibrohammer can be placed at the optional driving position for ground condition and pile length.

After reaching limit of drive the Vibrohammer can be released, repositioned on the sheet pile and driving can be continued.

Advantages:

  • No requirement of "pile-top" clamping
  • Short-length driving:
    Lower center of gravity
Increased performance due to lower pile resonance

When necessary water jet cutters can also be used to assist driving in hardened ground.
