Welding Technology

Spot-welding tongs constructed after the principle of the toggle-joint clamp combining flat cylinder and mechanic power transmission in one encapsulated housing.

This extreme power density results in the very compact dimensions of welding tongs which are preferably suitable for installation within a fixture or robotic application. Due to the robust mechanic construction, the system components are designed for load cycles of up to 5 million.

Welding Clamps & Automated Welding Clamps

The system based upon the pneumatic clamp concept offers better accessibility in the installations due to its flat design. The electrode arm has on opening angle of up to 90° and therefore releases the component completely for unloading. This renders an additional feeding motion (swivelling in, etc.) obsolete. The clamp has a floating fit and generates welding forces of up to 600 kg.
