A comprehensive series of precision cylinders for linear traversing of tools for forming operations from 10 to 200 kN (1 to 20 t). The product programme comprises of four cylinder types:
Every forming process bears risks. That is why TÜNKERS forming clamps are extremely robust on principle and designed for load cycles exceeding 3 million.
Compact forming clamp generating press forces of up to 100 kN (10 t) by means of a toggle-joint transmission integrated into the tool housing. Thus, a force intensification of ca. 1:10 affects the end position.
