The flange clamp was developed for special body framework applications and as a customised solution for our regional customers. This clamp is a modified version of the well-known Alpha clamps, APH 50, APH 40 and the miniature clamp K 25.

The clamping situation on flanges is very special, as neither long arms nor large opening angles are required. Taking this into consideration, the opening angle of this series was restricted to a maximum of 70°, the housing was shortened and the clamp arm was equipped with a crosswise hole pattern.

This resulted in the design of a very compact series which, measured on the dimensions of comparable products, has extremely high power reserves also suitable for the clamping of large and wide N/C blocks.

As a standard, the flange clamps are fitted with a conventional toggle-joint mechanism which moves the clamp arm into a defined zero position. The product is optionally available with a curve-driven mechanism stating the order description N (adjustment function).
